All of blackmerle’s clothes are made to be layered together. This starts from larger details, like the varying lengths of their jacket and shirt sleeves, allowing the look to bloom at the cuffs, down to differently textured inverse fabrics that add even more visual interest. In fact, many of their fabrics are custom weave made for blackmerle in Japan. As many as 3-4 different yarns come together to create the tactile surface of their textiles, deepening their layered looks.
